First time reissue of this obscure one-off Diamonds tune only ever released on JA 45 and not included on any album. Killer ’70s roots as you’d come to expect from Channel 1 and reggae’s greatest ever harmony group. We’d also like to think the lyrics are taking a shot at Bob Marley’s ‘Punky Reggae Party’ and the Clash’s corny reggae crossover vibe, but probably they’re just telling you they’re reggae and not funk (or punks).
